Ian trained locally at South Trafford Collage before working in a variety of establishments, including the Alderley Edge hotel and owning his own restaurant – Danilo’s in Hale Village. Ian has also spent time travelling throughout Asia and Australia where he ran his own successful catering company. Also, over the past 3 years Ian has been chef patron at Chez Nous bistro.
