Matt trained at DeVere Academy, this is where his passion for creating the finest quality food with the freshest ingredients started. Taking his knowledge from the academy he went on to work at the Grill on the Edge and Mere country club and Spa. His flair and natural talent for creating skilled, intricate and beautifully presented dishes has been the highlight of the hundreds of wedding’s Matt has catered for over the last 7 year’s working for Herb and Spice.
