BIOGRAPHY

Duncan has an impeccable reputation and impressive repertoire. His distinctive culinary flair has been influenced by his travels around the world including Americas, the Caribbean, Australia and Asia. Having created menus for celebrities, premier league footballers and top businesses in locations such as the Australian Grand Prix and on beaches in the Cayman Islands – no one appreciates the concept of ‘outside caterers’ like Duncan. 

‘Herb & Spice was in my mind for a long time. After working in Australia and then the West Indies, there was never going to be another job that would excite me as much as starting my own company.’

Would highly recommend Herb and Spice. We used them for an event where we had just over 100 guests. Really easy to deal with in advance of the event, efficient delivery and set up on the day. Everyone at our event said how delicious the food was, and there was plenty of it too! We would definitely use them again!

Feedback for Friday 31st March 2023 Catering for lunch celebrating time spent in the team. Great menu options for a cold buffet including vegetarian options. The food was ready and delivered as planned, all came on lovely platters and boards with all cutlery and plates and tongs to self serve included. The presentation was fabulous and everyone commented on how special it looked. Everything looked and tasted amazing and so different to usual sandwich platters with a side of crisps. This was a real treat for us. Feedback was incredible we will definitely use you again personal favourite was the lamb wrap, the sausages , the chicken kebabs, the crostini went down a storm in fact all of it 😊 Thankyou
